Sessions are typically 45 minutes, conducted virtually
Most clients begin with weekly or biweekly sessions
Duration and frequency are flexible based on need and progress
$100 per session
$250 for a 3-session starter bundle (same as buying 2 sessions and getting the 3rd session half-off)
